| search keywords and find the answers themselves. I have seen posts where an easily searchable answer is being asked for and the person simply refuses to do the work for themselves. That attitude won't get people far on this site. For the n00bs, I try to give them some breathing room as they are not familiar with the site yet. But when a trend appears, it's time to step up the pressure and point out more assertively that they need to do their homework first. Having said that, I've seen isolated cases where someone will indicate they have searched but couldn't find what they needed. When that happens, I typically ask what keywords they used and suggest a more refined set of keywords. But back to the main point, laziness is not supported here. Plain and simple. Dave
